Thanks to our experience in the after sales services we can directly take charge directly of the maintenance and development of software solutions implemented by third parties and in operation at customer sites (Application Management).

Our technological and specific processes knowledge , combined with the methodological approach allows us to establish a participatory and proactive in all phases of the projects, in order to create strong integration with the technical structures of the customer.

This integrated approach allows us to select and propose to customers the best technological solutions and, when required, to adopt the standards (programming languages, frame work, database, ….) used by its customers. The project activity can be developed at Softeco offices or developed at the customer premises, when it is necessary to operate in mixed customer-supplier working groups or it is necessary to use computing resources and software tools installed on site.
