Softeco Sismat has fixed specific approach methodologies
for the various typologies of projects and customers described
in the documentation of the Management System for Business Quality
and SW Engineering. This makes it possible to carry out a project
based on the real needs of the final user, adapting the project
life cycle to the requirements singled out by and agreed upon
with the customer.
The starting phase of analysis of the user's requirements (developed
also by means of User Centered Design techniques) allows us to
highlight all implicit and explicit critical aspects of the
project and to build the Development Quality Plan, that will
contain all the elements needed for the management of activities,
documentation, Control and Validation, as well as Configuration
Control. Each requirement is analysed (identification, importance,
consistency) and classified (functional aspects, safety, performance,
usability, etc.) in order to get the best traceability during
the next phases.
A careful definition of the requirements and the study
shared with the customer on the project-related problems allow
us to fix the acceptance and test conditions.
The project management is entrusted to a specifically
experienced Project Manager, who is the official interface between
Softeco Sismat and the customer, and is responsible for
the achievement of the prearranged goals.
The monitoring of the project and of the related business
functions, carried out by the Project Manager (Production Management,
Management Control, Quality Management), takes place by means
of an internally developed, web-based Project Management tool. |
